Yesterday it has been announced that Instagram has hit 200 million users, which is a huge milestone for the company.
According to Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook was merely hoping for Instagram to hit the 100 million mark, but doubling that is just phenomenal. Even more impressive, 50 million of these accounts signed up for the services within the last six months.
The news became offical when Instagram posted the information onto their Tumblr, adding that there has been 20 billion photos uploaded to Instagram, which is still growing!
Congratulations Instagram, I'm sure you will continuously expand and grow. Hopefully we see that 300 million milestone hit in the future!
